These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Lumin Match website, mobile game, and related services operated by Masikati Games. By accessing or using the website or game, you agree to these terms.

• Do not exploit bugs, automation, or external tools to gain unfair advantage.
• Do not harass, abuse, or impersonate others through any community or support channels.
• Do not upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content.

7. Service changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website, game, or features at any time, including for updates, maintenance, security, balancing, or business reasons.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary, including for violations of these terms, abuse, fraud, or technical or legal reasons.

9. Disclaimers

Lumin Match is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device or network.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Masikati Games will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from use of the service.

11. Privacy

Your use of the service is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction from which Masikati Games operates, unless otherwise required by consumer law.

13. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
